On today’s edition of why we can’t have nice things we have a feral civic turned 350z bro explain that he likes to do but outs and donuts at meets to liven up boring meets. This kids is what happens when sports cars depreciate. The z group has turned into nothing but this type of shit in the past 2-3 years #feelsbadman

I was in high school when these were still popular as new cars. Depreciation has little to do with it in this case. This car was a douchebag magnet when new as well.

Yea it’s certainly earned its reputation. I’m pretty sure since it came out its been top 5 for fatal accidents every year. I’ve had mine for 5 years now but I got myself a decent paying job now so I’m hoping to find something new in the next year or so. I’m buying a motorcycle first though. And yes I know #2wheelsbad

I'm elbow deep in building a motorcycle right now. What's different about the motorcycle community is that guys that act like the dude above have a much lower survival rate.

I saw one of these smashed into a barrier on my commute one morning. Two younger guys were sitting in it (clearly unhurt), talking to a state trooper. By the skid marks you could just tell the driver tried to go all Dori-Dori at the on-ramp. It put him straight into the barrier on the other side of the highway instead...

The douche factor of these cars pushes me away from them, but a twin-turbo VQ35 would be so much fun.

Well you can mitigate the douchebro factor by just not talking to anyone.

StrangeBro: Yoooooooo dat 3 fiddy is tight as f-
Roadster Man: FUCK OFF AND DIE LEAVE ME ALONE
StrangeBro: Hmmpf, well fine deen! I was about to invite you to my instagram Z group Tite350z, but bunk dat now. hashtag-bye Felicia!

I bought a G sedan couple months back, and the community is just so... douchey? now I know every owner community has their fair share, but the G and Z community just seemed to be loaded.

The accident record is crazy. My insurance actually went down when I switched to my c6 z06 in ‘12. I don't remember how much, but it was a big drop.

The record is comically bad. I'm debating 370z or an 06 gto for the next car. I've had my z for 4-5 years now and put 60k on her. She's starting to get beat up this winter really took a toll on her.

Like I said it's gotten significantly worse since I bought mine 4-5 years ago. Idk man it's pretty depressing. There used to be some really good tips/info on the fb pages before now it's all just bs and shit like this guy

I had my Z for 6 years and about 50k. I can’t say that I miss the car, but she was dead reliable and took a real beating. It was my first sports car, first manual, and first RWD. I’ve actually thought about getting another one as a daily/beater.

GTOs are nice. Is ‘06 the year that they switched to the 6.0? The great thing about going from an import to an American V8 is that mod prices are about same, but you get double the gains per dollar.

If it is at all financially possible for you, I highly recommend a c6 corvette. You owe it to yourself to at least go to your local carmax and drive one.
